To celebrate the Python Anniversary, the return to print of Michael Palin and Terry Jones' The Complete Ripping Yarns
The nine incredible episodes of the tall, tall tales which formed The Ripping Yarns TV series, written by Michael Palin and Terry Jones and starring Michael Palin. Includes the full scripts (plus pictures) for Tomkinson's Schooldays; Across the Andes by Frog; The Testing of Eric Olthwaite; Murder at Moorstones Manor; Escape from Stalag Luft 112B; The Curse of the Claw; Roger of the Raj; Whinfrey's Last Case; and Golden Gordon. These are the nine classic yarns which set British television back 60 years, illustrated with copious stirring photographs from the BBC films themselves.
