About the author: Ivor Cutler (1923-2006) broadcast, wrote and performed prose and poetry for children and adults for many years. He was featured in the Beatle's film Magical Mystery Tour (1967). About the illustrator: Martin Honeysett has drawn (and written) many books for adults and children. He is well-known for his cartoons in Punch and Private Eye. He lives in Sussex.
